'Balance has Exhausted' message for Reliance JIO wifi users unlimited plan

  • Within 2days of my activation of jio wifi router the plan has got exhausted after some usage.As per the scheme it should be 3 month unlimited for jio wifi router users. The customer care is always busy.Not getting any answers throught email. Is anybody facing the same problems and have got it resolved. Its strange to have such hiccups at start itself.

    Vahid, although Jio support would be the best one to answer this. I'll still try getting closer to the problem. Can you try installing the My Jio app on your smartphone and skip signin so you can reach the account page? Also during this process, if you see a popup about activating the welcome offer, please accept it and download the required apps. If not, the My Jio app should show your current plan. Can you reply with what is shown there? :)
