Bizzarre Boot loop

Hi, so a few months ago, I have received what seems to be a boot loop after upgrading to Android 10. I did some research, and found out what seems to be doing the boot loop. (Will be able to pay a reasonable amount of money.)
I kinda went to a questionnaire with the Techmesto repair website and have yet gotten a reply so I figured this is the next best thing.
