      Kindly help me.i purchased Jiofi2 on 30 sep 2016.my sim was not activating up to 3rd Oct.i complained to Dealer.he gave me his own sim to use until mine is activated.the welcome offer is activated on his sim & now I m not able to use my aim.i complained Customer care for many times but did not get any solution.when I use my aim data exhaust msg comes.i was issued one new sim but same problem of data exhaust

          I got solution apko My jio app me jana h my account pr click krna , click krne pr sing in option ate h sath m uper ki tarf right side m option hota h (_=) ispr click krna h, yah apko data alrt ka option milega , isko apko bda kr 80% krna apkI problem solve ho jayegi agr data alart ka page na khule to ap ek bar apka phone restart kr skate h ya kisi dusre ka WiFi ka use kr skte h

                  when i call to another phone replying your balance empty so please recharge and my net also not working but service center executive your sim for lyf phone and my phone lenovo a 6000+ how its working in my phone . so please solve my problem

                    @piyush did you get it by giving the barcode from your Lenovo phone? They might have activated it under the LYF offer.

                        I have received JIO sim But i was not able to use calling as well as data services. I raised multiple request through jio app, but there was no response. I also raised a request through call customer care but every time a get a same answer your service will be resolved in 48 hrs, now they are saying that my retailer have activated LYF service on my phone so issue can’t be resolved at their end.
