I have received JIO sim But i was not able to use calling as well as data services. I raised multiple request through jio app, but there was no response. I also raised a request through call customer care but every time a get a same answer your service will be resolved in 48 hrs, now they are saying that my retailer have activated LYF service on my phone so issue can’t be resolved at their end.
